If only it was a real KFC bucket size. It's just 2 X large sizes. Even when you get a large, it's not packed full.
My advice is complain, we have to give you a refund if you aren't happy with your meal.
How much of it are we allowed to have eaten?
I mean if you ring up and the say the food was terrible or the order was incorrect we would still probably refund it.
@Lockster: Would I have to drive back into store to get the refund? I often have the potato/gravy missing from my orders :(

This is good to know. My local kfc almost always gets my order wrong.. they always forget something so I’ve started checking everything in front of them now so I can hand it back to them
Last time they forgot items from my order I emailed them and the cheap bstrds sent me a $5 coupon by email which was well under the value of the missing items.
I proceeded to do a charge-back through the bank and left what I thought about the experience through a feedback survey. They ended up revising the voucher to $15 so I decided to contact the bank a cancel the charge-back, I assume not before they got hit with the $15 fee the bank has for the charge-back.

Kfc is pretty good in handling customer complaint. I was given only 8 pieces rather than 9 pieces and was given 2 pieces with chips free. At another occasion, complaint soggy chicken and uncooked chips, were given the same package for me.
Agree with that, few times they've forgotten potato and gravy or had cold chips, ring them to tell them and they've always given me a store credit for the full meal. Compared to some of the other fast food places their complaint handling is excellent
Love the tower burger, but the stacker has ruined me for all other burgers.
Since KFC will finally have hash browns available, I'll hopefully be able to add one in the middle of my stacker.

$4.95 lunch box is a thing for a month, no drink but dinner roll instead
Last week I bought Ultimate Box Meal (Don't remember the exact name) in NSW.
It was supposed to have 1 Original Recipe Burger and 1 Original recipe drumstick chicken piece and chips and gravy with drink. The chips were extremely less, but that's not the complain. The original recipe chicken I got was not even half the size if I had supposed to buy just that piece for $3 (P.S. - I have eaten in the past and I know, 1 is enough to fill my stomach). But this time it was quite small.Is this normal or am I missing something?
Had the tower burger the other night, just as good as I remember. Hash browns belong on burgers.
We only have a 'Fill Up Popcorn Chicken' meal for $4.95 before 4pm in NSW>

Talked to Manager at my local KFC, she said it would be to popular to advertise it.
So when I asked for one she said she would but they where SOLD OUT of Popcorn Chicken!!!
