    how this works for existing customers? It says starter kit… Will they send a voucher/PIN which can be re-used for existing customers. Just bought Lebara a month ago and today is the day for renewal!!!

    Anyone else having issues recharging the system will not expect the voucher codes went on chat said they would resend vouchers in 24-48 hours

    Ended up calling them as 2 vouchers not working can't do anything about them must wait upto 48 hours for new vouchers
    And see if they work …. not happy

        I purchased 1 starter pack and used that voucher on my account no issues . Then I purchased
        2 recharge vouchers separately for my wife's account and they both don't work

    Perfect timing, my current 1yr plan with them expires in 3 days.

    Chat person said 24 hours for recharge vouchers to be sent out via email.

    [edit] Just received the recharge vouchers ~10 minutes after ordering.

    Are International standard SMS messages included yet? I mean to those countries named for free calls.

    If, not are they included in the $5 credit and how much per txt?

    I'm already a happy customer with Lebara but my wife would like to know the above before switching from Amaysim….

      My personal experience, it no and no.
      International SMS is not included and not included in the $5 credit as well.
      You will have to top up the credit, the minimum was $10.

      Also - International roaming is not available. If you go overseas and OTP comes via SMS, bad luck.
