I had my Groupon purchases tracked right after the purchase but they still denied paying out. The code was listed on the cashrewards site and I only click through Groupon after going through cashrewards. Something suss going on. Also had 2 high value purchases not track for other sites.
same for me. Two recent purchase with Groupon had been denied by Cashrewards

Contact was made through the cashrewards site. We shouldn't have to contact someone on another website for issues.
I clicked the contact us button to the right of of the tracked sale. I chose the option about I would like to know why my payment hasnt been approved and then it asks for a copy of the invoice which i attached. Got the reply in about a few hours that Groupon denied the payment and that was final. All my purchases through cashrewards start by clearing all history and cookies, logging into cashrewards and then going to only the site i want to purchase from via cashrewards. The groupon sales were tracked by cashrewards and the code used was listed on the cashrewards site.
I too have had one high value ebay purchase rejected recently by CR. something defo suss.
Definitely chase them. I finally got my big $$ sale recognised from CashRewards.
For those deals that has a per person limit, e.g. limit of 2 vouchers per person, if the deal is re-run with an extended expiry date, does that mean it's a new deal so I can purchase another 2 vouchers? Groupon allows me to add to the cart…

I'm not sure if it's worth the effort. My last purchase wasn't tracked either. Cashrewards business model appears to be promise a lot and deliver little… then hope the customer doesn't complain.
More like the user doesn't do it properly.
I've been doing this a while. Until recently I've only had 1 that didn't track about 18 months ago and incidentally that too was a large cash back. Thanks though
Cashrewards acknowledge your click. The actual tracking is handled by the affiliate network the store is using. So all cashback websites redirect you through that affiliate network and if the network tracks the purchase then the cashback provider gets paid and then you get paid.
So maybe Groupon are using a crappy affiliate network that has major issues with tracking? My point is that it's not always Cashrewards fault. Sometimes it's the user and sometimes it's the affiliate network.
@Clear: In my experience, Groupon never rewards me for referral purchases. So I wouldn't be surprised if they have major issues with their affiliate network tracking.
Has anyone else still not got their cashback from this deal?
Now just waiting on a groupon code…
