Still waiting on last deal cashback 😞

Who's got the gall ?

Bruce

@jv: Once Again I thought you were joking. We really don't have freedom of speech in the constitution. WTH.

Stock up on vitamins ?

Still waiting for missing claim from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/923480,
TCB customer rep says it is still pending vendor confirmation, not optimistic about the outcomebuyer beware

Same here for the last 2 deals. Not worth it for chemist warehouse or at least with TCB

Same here. Made a claim and still waiting.
Strangely enough the Trivago 25c per lead/click deal tracked perfectly. It was done basically at the same time, device, brower and settings. It should have go through without issue :/

Mine was tracked successfully last time, but not tracked today :(

Ditto.
Got something in mind for this offer but it's definitely a much bigger cost if it doesn't work this time either.

CWH was the first and only issue i had with tracking so far.

is there a capped with limit? or unlimited amount?

mine was tracked, thank you! :)

Does the exclusion list that shopback has for CW not apply here?

Also, CW tracks ex-GST, so I think we actually have to spend $132+

This should be in the title or atleast the post if true.

Oh 😳

really? I thought you just need to spend $120 (including GST) and the cashback is calculated without GST.

@tightarse can we get confirmation on this please? I just placed an order for $131, so I'll be really annoyed if it's ex-GST…

Hi. Exactly as @nicolascage said above. Not sure why the confusion. Thanks.
Just need to spend $120 (including GST) and the cashback is calculated without GST.

Thanks for the clarification.
Shopback had a similar promotion which was $120 but when I bought $123 of things, they gave me the lower cashback saying it had to be >$120 ex-GST which I said was confusing and unclear, and they basically said bad luck.
Good to see Topcashback is better.
@tightarse: Just FYI
This was the shopback deal
https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/88911/124246/screensho…
and this was the rep's response to me via PM"Heya mate, thanks for pointing that out 🙏 I totally see how the promo banner makes it look like \$120 including GST would qualify. To get the full details though, you’ll need to tap “See all rates and conditions” at the bottom of that page. That’s where it shows the exclusions (Fees, Taxes, Shipping, etc.), which is why GST isn’t counted toward the spend threshold.
I know it’s not super obvious at first glance, so your feedback’s really helpfu. I’ll pass it on to the team 👍"

Thank you for confirming, much appreciated!
Mine was $131.67 including GST but has only tracked $119.71 (which is the ex GST amount) so that's where my confusion came from at least. The amount of cash back tracked is definitely the upsized 20% though, so looks like it will all be good. Thanks again!

Last time it didn't have minimum spend yea? Not sure it was SB

I assume we can make multiple orders. I could t see anything about this, so I assume it’s all good… or I’m blind.

Did two seperate orders over $120 (neither store had all the stock).
So I’ll see if they both track with the 20%
Bought earlier today, so does it mean I will not be getting the 20% cashback?

@Smaster: Not at all. It just means that if you make subsequent 20% transactions after 8:30PM, those will not be eligible. Anytime before is fine. Hope this helps.

@tightarse: @tightarse, what happens if some items are out of stock, but total value is still above $120. Do I still get the 20% cashback?

@armageddeus: Me too. Just been advised 1 item was OOS. Only has option to cancel that item or cancel the entire order. Please help @tightarse

Just did a $190 order on a frgrance and followed every single tip (chrome , all extension off, cookies accepted, mobile data, closed all other tabs) so let's pray it tracks. TCB tracking is a bit shakey compared to SB.

Update: it tracked after 3 hours , thanks op!

Is there any way to avoid shipping charge? Getting charged $9.99 for Melbourne delivery… some of the items I need are not available at local CW so only options is get order delivered.

Did not realise one of the items has pharmacy medicine on it. Is there really no way round it?

Hi, is this a medicine or normal item? Lamisil Once Film Forming Solution 4g

Mine tracked about 3 hours after. Ta

such a random exclusion of the cov tests. what about the 4 in one flu, cov and RSV tests?

Is this a thing? Can you take time off work with a positive test?

I would say it depends on your work - fairly sure ambos still get mandatory leave if they have cov here in SA but most workplaces will only give you sick leave if you are very symptomatic

Why test for it? Work doesn’t care if you have it

@grasstown: So as to not spread it? my work also still has a policy of people with cov notifying them and staying home when symptomatic with cov.

@grasstown: they do not. I guess it is assumed that people will test to see what they have and will advise accordingly. Some people will do this, including people in my team. Others are seemingly happy to come in regardless if they are sick or not and probably don't test. So yes, if you don't test for it you won't know if you have it

Hi guys. Please note this change has just been implemented. Thank you.
Added a screenshot here for reference.
So any orders placed before 830pm are safe? Just want to be sure. Thanks!
And if I placed one more order after 830pm, would it still be eligible?
I put an order in at 4pm and it's tracked
