The CA PA is delicious if you like those sweet hoppy beers (Like James Squire's).

Thr lager is quite nice too.

    • Thanks for your comment, have you tried Endeavour Reserve ones? I personally didn't try any of them, so just choosing which one to opt for this time :)

not yet. but thanks to your post I shall on the w/e

        • Tried the Endeavour amber recently and I quite liked it. Not had too many amber ales as I've recently ventured into them but it was quite good drinking IMO. Nothing particularly bold or outrageous but a nice flavour.

The post seems to list the Endeavour pale twice and miss the amber.

Thanks, I ordered a couple of cases of the Cricketer's Arms

    • I ordered Asahi and Sieur d'Arques Grande Cuvée 1531 de Aimery as well, let's how those taste :)

The Grande Cuvée 1531 is a great afternoon sparkling wine, anytime it's under $15 time to buy. Thanks OP

  • I'm in nsw and the cricketers was $13 mmmmmmm weird

    • +1

That's due to the "Return and Earn" scheme in NSW. We now pay more for the luxury of having to take our bottle to a refund station to recoup 1/2 of what the mark up has been on beverages. Personally I thought the council recycling bins worked fine but that's just me.

Yes you pay $1 extra and get 60c but only if

Containers need to be empty, uncrushed, unbroken, and have the original label intact.

Oh and you need a Paypal a/c.

what a scam. at least in Europe they have the stores doing the returns & giving you store credit (which is good for you & them) you didn't need labels.

      • Where the heck is a refund station? I live in the city, are they those vending machine things or somewhere official?
