Saw this on the Officeworks website - for only 10c I thought it was a bargain!

MOD Edit: OW site is notorious for having clearance items that dont seem to exist. It maybe one item is available in one State, and no where else, whatever it seems hard for many to get these deals. Adjusted title to reflect that the deal may not exist

    Wow! I tried putting in 1000 clocks, and it charged me $4.95 for handling, but I was given free postage. I also had the option to pick up in store though.

  Make sure it works before you buy one !

  I bought one of these for my office $8 or so and it took me 3 trips back to ow to finally get on that turns.

  I think it because of the dodgy packaging.

  OW web-site system is ridiculous. It shows availability, you can add items to the shopping cart, then you go to check out and after you log in it suddenly shows that item isn't available.

    That is probably because you don't "own" the item until you've paid for it. In other words, putting it into your Shopping Cart doesn't reserve it for you.

      stock is either available or it isn't. it's a dodgy way of getting people to sign up.

    Not a reason to neg the deal.

    Yes a better way is to use the Report button. That way we can amend the deal as we get an alert. Whereas a negative vote can be missed as we dont look all these up.

    Andolee, you can also neg vote the comment. Enough neg votes of the comment means it gets deleted by the community.

  I'm sure I have a large clock like this (ex-OfficeWorks or CorporateExpress) kicking around somewhere, that anyone near me could have if thing really wanted. Thornlie WA 6108 - if you're not in my suburb dont bother.

  If you are like me and can't sleep with annoying sounds, don't get one. In a small room, even if you have it on the opposite side of the room from you, it still sounds like it's right next to your head!
