  • Telechoice in Blue Mountains is fine.

    • Telechoice in Melbourne, at least for my phone, is still down.

      When I contacted Telechoice first thing this morning, they had the very helpful suggestion of turning my phone off and on again every hour and then ringing it to see if starts working again. I asked them how long I should do that until I could give up and find a new provider. They said give it until 5pm. I know Telechoice can't do anything because the problem is with Telstra, but this is pathetic.

      • My phone finally came back online at about 8pm or so last night.

  • Down since 4PM today (Woolworths). Just ported over the weekend from Amaysim. Probably a bad decision.

  • 14hours down and still no service. Customer care experiencing higher than usual call volume… 25 min wait!

  • The evil empire strikes again.

    More than 33 million dollars in fines from ACCC in the past few years and they still shaft us mere mortals
