    Mine was delivered by Fastway (under UPS contract)? The bastards left the order in the walkway to the front door instead of under the porch and I nearly tripped over it (sensor light only triggers at porch).

  I received mind yesterday. Can anyone tell me how to wash before we used for the 1st time? I washed with warm soapy water then I wiped dry and put a thin layer of oil and I can see the kitchen towel came out black! Is this ok to cook with it? Someone who has experience please share your thought please? Thank you.

    No need to use soap, but yes this is correct. You can/should vigorously rub oil in (no need to use a towel/remove the oil - just oil it and give it some low heat or a very gentle paper toweling if you insist).

    Occasionally when your seasoning works a little too hard with acidic foods or really high heat, you may notice some dark residue on your towel when cleaning. This is perfectly safe and normal, and will go away with regular use and care.

  Mine turned up with small skillet sitting inside deeper 10.25", pull them out of the box and the deep one is split down the side :(

  Agree, for an outfit which is usually cautious with packaging, the way these were packaged was surprisingly poor.
