On my endless search to find the cheapest local (and in stock!) PS3, I saw that Harvey Norman have the 160gb console for $398. Not as much of a bargain compared to other PS3 deals on this site but it's the 160gb not the older 120gb console, plus it might actually be in stock! :shock:

Gerry Harvey was (and still is) one of the very active supporters of offshore online sales tax. While there is nothing technically wrong with this deal, I would suggest to stay away from Harvey.
He was not alone, there were other big retailers (Myer, DJ, Just Jeans, etc), but GH was effectively treating all Australian public as idiots. I can understand (but not forgive) their greed, but cannot and will not tolerate the insult to my intelligence.
At the end of the day I value my dignity higher than few bucks of potential savings. Having said that, I still enjoy ozbargain and the deals published here :)
Take this and PM at Game or EB? Or some other store that isn't one of those who insulted your intelligence (I'm pretty sure Dick Smith didn't and they will give you a lower price as well.)
