  • How can new users use our referral code as well as the 1FISH code?

    • Hi there, if you are referring a new user, ask them to sign up with your unique referral code and then once they successfully sign up they can enter the code 1FISH in the Redeem Code page of the app.

  • Does the existing user/referer also get the offer once my new user friend signs up?

Tried to get the Poke last time (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/375369), took my money then later cancelled my order and refunded. Wouldn't have your hopes too high on getting one.
Also last time the $1 poke ended up being $1.02 because of a 2c service fee.

    • I agree. I feel like it was really badly-run in terms of (lack of) communication/notification as well as the general concept. And I must say, this seems even more of a hassle…not going to bother re-installing the app.

Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through.

Why can't they keep it simple like the Skip app does with promos?

Not everything needs to be about acquisition to new customers. I have probably spent thousands with Skip due to effective existing customer campaigns which have made me a habitual user.

    • Couldn't agree more.. this is just a promo to get new customers.. not a promo for existing customers retention..

What's the point of new customers if can't keep existing customers happy with the app…

  • I’d happily pay $2 to guarantee to be 1 of the 100

  • sold out - the $1 tab has disappeared
