FAQ's

Can I buy more than one of these vouchers? 
A customer can buy maximum of 4 vouchers. However, XXL plan does not stack, and you can not recharge multiple vouchers at once.

What about my existing plan? 
If you are on Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large Plan, your current plan will be written off. You will receive your recharge pin through Email, and we advise you to use it once your existing plan expires. Call us on 126122 for more details

What happens Next?
Once you make your purchase, we will send you an email with your new recharge PIN/s. Recharge is the same as always, i.e. sending an SMS to 126 172, logging in to My Lebara, or by calling us on 126 123.

          Response to Q1 means that maximum of 4 vouchers can be bought per household.
          These vouchers should be redeemed within 60 days from purchase.
          Stacking is a feature that allows some products to stack to each other - so lets say if your existing plan is Medium and you recharge with a Large plan or another Medium plan before your current plan expires the large plan will be added to your account and it will become active after your current plan expires. However the above plan of $69.90 does not have this feature.

        just to avoid any confusion the price of $34.90 is valid until the 30 June 2018 to purchase as mentioned above and it does apply to XXL sim pack as well as vouchers. Hurry up :)

          I have purchased 4 vouchers i.e. the maximum limit per customer for that promotion. The price is good to me $35 for 60GB/30 days. Hopefully there will be another promotion after 4 months. Thanks for your post.
