Hey just saw this on MSY's site. Saw it on the Auburn Clearance section, but I think that all stores are offering this price. This would be great as a price match or just straight up walk in purchase.
Keep in mind that the new G12 is out. This is a fantastic camera, the G12 is supposedly better (but I haven't personally used one). Get it if you want it.
The Olympus XR-1 is also out which might be a bit more expensive but definitely a consideration.
Who wants to buy my G10? Looks like upgrade time… (although some might say G10 to G11 is a downgrade lol)
Lower megapixels…yes….downgrade…hardly.
Having said that…how much for the G10?
I was just checking fleebay and it seems they're going for anywhere between $375-425.
So I guess something in that range?

Good luck selling though! Also…if i could be so bold as to say…why don't you go for the G12? If you are upgrading, might as well go the whole hog?

lol guess what I was just doing? Researching the price of the G12. Seems it can be had for as low as $509 from online stores, and $569 from physical stores. Getting JB to match shouldn't be a problem I imagine.
So it makes this $499 for the G11 rather unappealing now!

After some difficulty, I found that the postage would be $35.
I would rather pick one up from MSY if it were the same caera.
This for G12. MSY has G11 for $499.
Would love to get one, I have an old G3 (which I love) and I would love to upgrade. Unfortunately money is tight, and frankly could be spent on better things.
I think this bargain is best for people who are in the market for a lower spec'd camera, who can get something much better as long as they don't mind getting yesteryears product.
