Avoid them. No matter how good the deal is. I put in my order before seeing the bad reviews online. I was hoping to be the lucky one. Auspost stuff up a bit so I only got the parcel today. I ordered two bottles. They only sent out one and the wrong one! I ordered it on Dec 12, 2018. Given the response rate, i might run out of time for the 30 exchange/return. No, i don't want to pay for the return shipping. It is just a bad business practice. Is it better off to get a charge back on my credit card given their bad business practice? It isn't worth the hassle.
As someone said above , avoid them. If your order gets stuffed up by them or by auspost - you d be stuck for a month going back and forth trying to resolve or get the money back.
Of all the online retailers, their service is worst.
If you still do order then expect AliExpress delivery times - order and forget.

Got a mate onto it as well and his was also fine.One of my orders was stuck with auspost cos one case was damaged. They did not notify boozebud but I contacted them and they were quick to refund as well as giving me extra credit.
