    a half whey deal?

  • +1 for the BN price comparison, saved me 3 mins.
The WPI was out of stock online but got 4kg of protein blends for $57 delivered. Cheers OP.

  • I recently switched to this stuff, works out cheaper per kg but you are buying 3kg (can buy other quantities).

I was abit hesitant at first but with so many other people buying I decided to give it a shot. Netter tasting than vpa imho.

Not a fair comparison with Bulk Nutrients as the purity of INC is less. BN WPI is 90%, INC is 80%

And the leucine profile is much worse in the INC product. In the end if you're using this because you're concerned about MPS then you want to be over 3g per server and this isn't. If you just want it to fill you up because you're on a diet then maybe….

      • Good catch guess I haven't had to worry about leucine content before, do you find some brands are a lot lower?

        Got me curious now!

        • +1

Yes, it's a good indicator that they've added lower (cheaper) quality protein to the whey. Even good powders only have about the right amount of leucine (3g per serve) so it's easy to get a powder that's below the 3g threshold if they add 10% or more of other stuff. It's tricky because the cheap stuff still shows up in the protein under nutrition but is lower quality than whey and that's why you might want to check the Leucine.
