Unsure if this is targeted, as it doesn't appear on the Amex Connect website, but it did appear on my Amex Ultimate, including supplementary cards.

This is different from the current Vivid offer that expires on 30 June.

  Tried tapping on with my pixel/Google pay at Central station light rail with opal reader. Resorted to my normal opal card.

  Will try again when I return from fish markets
