i liked the two burger combo deal better …. added extra chicken to make it stacker and was less than $18 …the potatoe and gravy is unexciting if you already have chips and drink …..
Cost went from $12 to $14 for the double burger combo :(

DO NOT pay through the app!
ORDER through the app and pay at counter, seems to be 50-50 whether you get a receipt.
So next time you can give them the receipt as well when you go to pay and get another chips and drink (I used to always order and pay through the app)
Or… just hunt around the store, grab a receipt that is lying around and go back to your car. Fill in the survey online, make up some junk, write down the code on the receipt and away you go
You can always request a receipt to make sure that you get one. Plus you can now use PayPal in the KFC App, which means that you can now pre-pay your orders using an AMEX Card :) (Only select KFC's let you use AMEX in store, which meant previously you had to use MC/Visa most of the time).
Never pre pay, cause they will prepare the food and let it get cold till you arrive. Always pay at pickup and they will make it fresh (as fresh as kfc can get lol).
I always prepay, and the order doesn't even come up on their screens until I check in. Once I check in they start assembling my order. Same at every store I have ordered from.
Also the survey will let you enter wharever date you want even you have an old receipt.
Why even both doing the survey. You can just write down any 5 digit number. It is not like they check it anyway.
So you can let them know when chips are soggy ….

No napkins or spoon for the gravy either, think they just decided to not let people complain via receipt.
One would think they just do it like Maccas coffee card.
Don't see the value in App order/pay, they still process the orders in numbers, so your burger is just sitting there while they process the other orders.
