There are way better and more practical cheese graters around than this clumsy item. Try the Zyliss, the Swiss designed Rolls Royce of cheese graters. I've had one for 20 years and its still like brand new. Go to Cheflink.com.au and buy Zyliss for $1 more than this Bodum doorstop…
I've got the Ikea knockoff of this & I find it's very handy for certain jobs. Sure there's better graters technically, but these type definitely have their uses.
However, there are also better prices out there for this model…as adelee mentioned, PoK is doing them for $14 ATM! ;)
Not much of a bargin, when you put the $9 postage on it.
