I had a guy come to measure up for some blinds the other day. He was Indian, and saw my assembled Taj on display. He wouldn't shut up about how awesome it was, how much it cost, how hard it was to build and where he could buy it.
I don't like to discuss prices with random people so just said 'oh I bought it online, it was fiddly to build'.

Target probably never sold one at that price. It's a clearance price, that gives hope and then crushes dreams. They should clean up their website of all the discontinued items they have zero stock of but continue to come up in Google searches.

There was substantial stock, the risk with any store fulfilled model is that click & collect/online orders are taken when there is good stock in a store but before it can be actioned customers in store pick the shelves. In this instance there was substantial stock in most stores, store reserves, and central warehouse. The promotion was manually monitored and online cut off once at a point where there was risk of online Vs in store conflicts. Reading the comments bellow and above there doesn't appear to be lots of cancellations.

I understand all of the above, but the frustration is being completely in the dark. I don't have a myer account so I can't check the status of my order, and have literally heard nothing since ordering one for delivery on Sunday morning. Not one word in two days… So my optimism has certainly dwindled.

Ordered on 1/7/18 11:30AM. Email confirmed order accepted on 1/7/18 11:36 AM. Just received an email from Myer today (6/7/18) informing me that my order has been cancelled without explanation. Call them and was told cancellation was due to out of stock. 5 days for them to tell me that? Never again.@Foxbat25: Yup I got my cancelled email today too. Bought one, but expecting an email letting me know it's out of stock. In my experience, Myer regularly refunds because items are out of stock. Sometimes they wouldn't even send me an email - I'd just get a PayPal notification about a refund.

Lego serial that starting with 10 is collector series. There is USC serises and stuff anyway these can double their price soon or later.

Incorrect. This is not a UCS set. Not all 10xxx set numbers are UCS (eg. this, modular buildings, theme park sets). Not all UCS sets have 10xxx set numbers (eg. 75192 Millennium Falcon, 76107 Hulkbuster).
