    The most interesting part of this MFC is the ability to scan to e-mail directly. When correctly setup, it can scan a document/photo and e-mail to your e-mail account(s) as PDF file(s) (without using a PC). Obviously, it can also do network printing. Another nice feature is its postscript support (except Mac - not sure about linux). Double sided printing is also a big plus.

    It's fast and quiet. Also its introductory toner is more generous than the others (2000 pages vs 1000 pages).

    Now, the not so perfect bits… no double sided scanning.. by that I mean the ADF roller cannot support double sided scanning. Also, the roller is rather picky, new paper will work but old paper tends to cause paper jam.

    Scan to e-mail is a feature generally not found in MFCs in this price range. Overall, the printer is quite good for its price…
