After having one of these for the past three years I'd never buy one again. Have gone through 3 charging stations and two handles. Coupled with it doing weird things like not charging even tho it blinks yellow like it is and all the lights coming on and not turning off for some reason.

However can't fault their customer service and warranty. They usually send whatever you need express post. Takes about a week or so.

    • mine also died. Also the cup charging solution looks cool but doesnt work the great

    • What can the higher end electric toothbrush do differently that the cheap Braun ones that Coles/Woolworths sell for $20-25 can't?

Genuinely curious because my electric toothbrushes never seem to last a long time (battery dies quickly)

      • I've had mine for 4 years and still going strong. Its basically like an eneloop in there, maintained its strength and it seems to use vibration and fluid dynamics a little differently. I recommend if you can afford.

    • agreed! curious if your issues were covered inside or outside warranty terms? Mine is out of warranty, will charge just won't switch on! Ive had it for almost 3 years and paid maybe $220 back then. But luckily picked up one for the wifey when this was available https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/277489 and I use hers now as she doesn't like the electric brushes.

I don't think i'll buy another one again.

      • mine was out of warranty.
problem with the head not enough power, apparently you can fix it by tightening a screw - there are various youtube videos.

with not switching on - try soaking in warm water for a while - otherwise its the battery which is pretty hard to fix DIY.

  • OP perhaps amend title to Guyatts

      The Ettes for short.

  • Hi OP do you have any black available?

  • July is title improvement month.

    • In future, please mention the store/retailer in the title.

That's been fixed. Moderators and power users spend time fixing titles throughout the day and any help is appreciated. Thanks for posting!
