  • Great price. Anyone have any idea about quality of sound?

  • Possible price error ? best of luck

    • Definitely not a price error as they have advertised it on their flyers too
It has been $699.99 at costco before. But still very good price and tempting

$750 for a sound bar… Nah. The $159 Yas does a good job if you add a cheap sub

    • +1

These are Dolby Atmos soundbars. Havent seen one of those this cheap.

      • Would Dolby Atmos make a big enough difference on a soundbar vs DTS:X?

At this price, I just think it's better to spend a bit more and go a full setup

        • +1

I'm no expert but from what I have heard, Dolby Atmos is worth it. A full setup is not comparable because most people getting a soundbar do so for other reasons such as lack of space and ability to setup a full system. I cannot get a full setup without wires all around so prefer a soundbar.

        • Please point me to a full stop time can put on-top of my entertainment unit and had Atmos.

  • Wasn't this 699 at costco

  • Am considering picking this up too…

  • I bought it from Costco last time. Exact reason as previously mentioned, don't have space for full setup.
I'm not expert on audio but do pay a lot of attention. In term of sound, it's not as full body or detailed as my previous pioneer "Andrew" tuned 5.1. And I didn't expect it to be. But for 700 bucks and for good sound for the TV rather than a "home cinema", it's definitely worth it.
My only disappointment is when volume is low, like when kids are sleep, it didn't really satisfy. But turn up the volume to medium it does a very good job.
Also you need to play with the dobby atmos to find the best settings.
