    1 Year, full info here http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/customer-support/warranty but these products are in different box and have never been used.

      $1000 for a oven/cooktop that was apparently 3500 and it doesn't even have any pyro cleaning ECT. Ouch.

        Do people really want pyro cleaning? Is a lot of electricity & appliance stress (putting it through highest temps possible) just to do something that everyone else does maybe once a year with a few wipes.

        I get it some folks may love - but for the premium cost up front & with electricity prices I dunno if it's that much of a 'must have' feature. If I had it, the only attraction would be for using to do pizzas.

        IMHO thats a lot of upright oven for $1k…and that price is delivered - so surely thats quite a bit of extra value as well - dunno if one could come close to such specs etc for $1k.

  Nice price - I recently got a Siemens version unboxed but new for $900 so this is a bargain - note, almost all gas cooktops use the same burners, ignition systems and flame failure devices. Even the veranda toughened glass is only made in a couple of factories.

  FWIW have bought 'factory 2nd' oven from Delonghi last yr, can vouch that they're great to deal with, delivery was fast and well managed and most important the item that showed up was absolutely as new - just cooked a lovely sponge cake in it a few mins ago. So 1st class sellers.

    Even if all we do is replace a damaged box and check the product is perfect, we class it as refurbished. All our cookware has never been cooked on, so it’s in new condition. I’m sure anyone who got the last deals on all those ovens we priced super cheap can confirm.

  We once tried to buy a delonghi glass cooktop from goodguys and when oppened the box, the cooktop was completely shattered inside.

  Got it exchanged at good guys and the next box they gave us, we oppened then and there and guess what…again broken!!

  Good guys said its a common problem with delonghi.
