Bought something from Amazon US tracking keeps saying arrives today for two days in a row but I haven’t got it. It’s showing as out for delivery. Did this happen to anyone. It has cleared Aussie customs though. Is it a UPS sign for service?

When you get the "It's been delivered" status and it hasn't, then start worrying.
Australia post is swamped at the moment, ive had packages be 7 days later than estimated.
Call iParcel or email them and ask for the local tracking number which is different to the iParcel number. If it has not come within the period promised by Amazon at the time of sale, just chat to them and they'll refund the money.
I can’t find a number to contact on ups site.

Amazon typically use AusPost for the Aussie delivery leg.
