Shaping a faster Australia – unlike many other Australian hosts, Dedigeeks use the world's fastest, Intel Xeon SSD's as standard, which means your website will power up with supercharged speeds.

Built to survive - When your site gets attention, it shouldn’t grind to a halt: That’s when you need it most. We put a massive, shared cluster of hefty hardware and finely-tuned architecture behind your sites. It all means that when a campaign (or Reddit) strikes, you don’t strike out.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) improvements – Dedigeeks knows that website speed and reliability play a vital role in ranking your website higher with Google. That is why they have invested in including LiteSpeed & CloudFlare to speed up your site and rank you higher. The trained team are on hand 24/7 to provide any SEO advice you want or provide some handy tips.

LiteSpeed comes included as standard – LiteSpeed provides even more speed, serving static content up to 5x faster, dynamic content up to 40x faster and HTTPS up to 3x faster than services without LiteSpeed.

CloudFlare/Railgun comes included as standard - CloudFlare/Railgun Secures your website by acting as a proxy. Railgun ensures that the connection between Dedigeeks and the Cloudflare network is as fast as possible. With CloudFlare, you can protect your website against malicious visitors, save bandwidth and reduce average load times.

R1Soft Backups - Don’t let a little problem become the end of the world. Easy, automatic backup and restore options ensure any mistakes are low stakes.

  • How does this compare to the Rippa deal that was also posted today?

    • Hi,

Thanks for the question, we can’t speak on behalf of another business, though we always recommend consumers do their prior research before ordering any service, basic searches show Rippahosting was registered less than 2 months ago on May 21st.

Either way, our offers today are for a limited time only, first in best dressed so we’d be upset for those who left it to last minute to take up on our premium offerings.

  • Fellow webhostingtalk and whirlpool member. Gonna check out Blaze as you have good reviews online.

  • Got an error code on Blaze???
The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet - please check the promotion terms?

    • Thanks for the prompt response, this was rectified and all is well once more :)

      • All sorted thanks :)

  • I'm in the market for a new local web host to transfer my current site/email to after it was hacked 3 times earlier in the year. Its due to and still to date repeatable security vulnerabilities which they don't think is important enough to address and hence the need to switch.

Does it offer 2FA in all the Cpanel, WHM, Account portal logins by default?

Is there a 2FA option available for email?

How much customer verification does support go through before assisting? ( Hackers calling support pretending to be the owner and getting support to reset passwords/login or linked email).

    • We don’t enforce 2FA on our customers, it’s a choice they need to make, you are able to set these up on your billing account as well as cPanel.

Where it comes to concerns of privacy, our customers need to confirm the change of password via ticket request, we don’t change these on demand by a username or an email all data needs to be provided to us unless it’s done via the customer account.

Example is if the request comes from a third party email address then we won’t send a request for password change until all information has been validated on our end and we are satisfied that we are speaking to the account holder.

One last request before change is we would call the number on the account to confirm the change.

Otherwise if the requests come from the user account when logged in the request won’t need to be submitted as it can be done once the account the account holder has logged in successfully.

If you believe your account was comprised we’d recommend contacting us immediately to prevent further access to your account.

      • Just made an account this evening but not finding options to enable 2FA on billing or Cpanel or details in knowledge base.
Mainly need it to limit the activity/damage possible in an event of a compromise and I know I probably haven't seen the last of the hackers.

        • Let us take a look for you, can you please open a support request so we know the account holder so we can do our best to assist :)
