      I can't be a 100% percent sure but I think he means that only three people commented on this website when there were ten codes to give out.
      Similarly on three +'s when possibly ten people got it from this website.

  Should be unposted, if a shop was selling a 'bargain' product with only 10 items of stock they'd be negd, same principle applies here. This is just cheap bait and switch marketting.

      The rep giving away $11.90 worth of product to a potential audience of thousands is not a bargain in my opinion.

  I'm an iPhone app developer and would never do this, this is just totally shoddy bait and switch - should not be allowed and should be removed. I do like allthedeals though.
