Shopback Cash Withdrawn Need 14 Days to Process?

Can anyone share if they have successfully withdrawn money from Shopback?

I try to withdrawn money last Friday 13/07/2018 and keeping waiting for the fund to turn up and it did not happen.

therefore I go back to my account and see that Your Withdrawal Request is being reviewed and will be processed within 14 days. Your reference number is [xyz].

Just wondering if this is because it is the first withdrawn or it is always take this long?

Cashrewards is quick normally within 2 business day.

    We presume you meant 06/07/2018 last week - which would be 3 business days since.

    Payments are processed twice per week for PayPal transfer and once per week for bank transfer. It should normally take 7 to 14 working days, however you may sometimes get it earlier.

    If you don't get your payment by early next week, please send us a private message and we can check what's going on for you :)

        We understand it’s not as efficient as it can be, but we have raised this matter to our finance team. We'll try our best to speed things up and not make you all wait too long for your payments to come through.

          I have CashRewards processing Menulog rebates to me in as few as 8 days while Shopback is estimating a rebate for a Menulog purchase made July 7 (2018) to be September 21.

          76 days.

          That's way too long.

          It also impacts on the likelihood of existing participants to refer others to Shopback if the timespan is too long, even if the rebate percentage is slightly higher.

    Tried to withdraw over 100 times from shopback and every time it tells me ive entered the wrong verification code even though i know full well that i havent.
