  Watch when buying Panasonic reverse cycle. You really want the EcoNavi ones, not the less efficient standard ones. The standard version of this model is CS/CU-RZ71TKR (note the R after the dash).

  I got 2 of the superseded Panasonics (CS/C-Z24rkr) with no complaints. IIRC I paid about $1300 after rebates for them.
