Not sure about fintech but there is a guy called Toby (Capefin) on this forum and we got few home loans from him for myself and friends. He was fatastic.
Anyone find better….I've gone with a split fixed 3yr 3.69 / variable 3.49 with full offset on both. No annual / package fee. But $800 app fee. Easystreet. Couldn't find any better even with a $1000 or 0.2 rebate broker offer.
BOS, was close with 3.58 and $1000 back. But needed more than 1 offset account, and 1 rate rise in 3 yrs would see the BOS become 3.85who is that with? 3.49% very attractive.
Looks interesting. I'm currently applying for a refinance with my current bank and using a test through Hero Broker, I apparently would be eligible for a $950 rebate.
I negotiated a $1,000 credit on my loan with my refinance anyway, but Hero Broker may work for others if the rebate claim is successful.
