  if sold on a plan, it won't be unlocked.

  The only phones/tablets locked are prepaid ones.

        I think "won't be unlocked" means "will be locked".

        @pjetson: haha doh….. yes my bad. Ok appears english isn't my thing either! In my mind it said "if sold on a plan, it won't be locked", but yeah crap happens. Heck, I even gave you a +1

  I have one, they are not locked, and $120 is a good price as they are practically $240 over 24 months.
