I recently purchased a Xiaomi redmi note 4x off Shopmonk as a favour for my mother but it turns out she has already purchased a phone. Is there any way to return it to Shopmonk or is the only option to try to resell it on another site? Or alternatively, is there another way to get rid of the phone and get the money (or at least most of it) back?
