THE FREEZE & MIX™
Thermal Ice Cream Bowl with Scraper Paddle

Add Homemade Ice Cream to Your Mixing Repertoire

Homemade ice cream not only tastes yummy, it's also better for you and your family as it is preservative free. You can be as creative as you want with flavours or simply stick to the classics. But whatever you make, it's sure to be a hit. Whip up ice cream, gelato and frozen yoghurt in as little as 20 minutes.

Simply pre-freeze the bowl, add the ingredients and the innovative scraper paddle does the rest. It scrapes the sides of the 2 litre thermal bowl while aerating the ice cream for a fast and creamy result.

Now that's cool.

*The Freeze & Mix™ is an attachment suitable for Breville's planetary mixers, BEM825, BEM820, BEM800, BEM430 and BEM410, and is not suitable for use with any other mixers.

      So hand mixers won't work.

I made ice cream in stainless steel bowl b4, there are recipes for hand make. I think this bowl will help. If you want fluffy ice cream, you just need to put extra creams and air.

    • A hand mixer, in combination with a silicone spatula will work just fine. Just put the hand mixer on the lowest speed and keep it moving around inside the bowl….slowly. Every five minutes or so, run the spatula around the inside edge of the bowl. In 20-25mins you'll have ice cream.
