My Monthly consumption is 18000 KW/H (1 month)

Ask the current owner of the shop? Unfortunately most business electricity plans are more expensive than consumer even if you have high usage. My family owned a business that paid around $5k per month and the best they could get was around 10-15% higher than the residential rate.
