Best modem and router combo for Optus 4G?

So where I currently live I can't get cable and NBN. I don't want to do ADSL as it's too slow so my only option is mobile broadband.

My plan is to upgrade my phone plan to 200gb and use the simcard to get 4g at home on the tv, PC (via ethernet), laptop, etc

What is the best modem and router combo (obviously not overly expensive) to achieve what I a trying to do?

Also I'll need a modem/router which the antenna can be changed to get a bigger one since indoor and even outdoor 4g signal is kot strong

TP-Link TL-MR6400, MR200 or MR400 work just fine with Optus. Just insert the SIM card in and do basic configuration.

    Not sure about it.
    
    Often changing device location makes better results than installing additional antennas.

Have you investigated fixed wireless providers eg. Vivid?
