    Just park at King George Square or Turbot St BCC carpark - after 4:30/weekends flat $5. No booking required. These booking fees are a scam.

      While I would partially agree with you, sometimes the KGS carpark gets full pretty early on weekends and the Turbot St. might be a bit far for some people, so Wintergarden would work better for someone that wants to go to Elizabeth Street or Eagle Street Pier for example.

      I do agree that the booking fee is a greedy extra, as they did not have it a few years ago.
