For my fellow Perth people. I usually add a couple days to the parking after the end of my vacation to account for any unforeseen delays… Best part is, if you have battery anxiety like me, it includes a free battery jump start (just need to press emergency assistance button).
Parking must be booked online in advance for stays ending on or prior to 31 December 2025.
Book it for 7 days, and just leave on the 5th day…

Yes it just means that the minimum period you can book for is 7 days. It means you have a right to keep your car there for up to those 7 days but not any longer than that. But you can leave at the 5th day or any other day up to those 7 days. It's like booking a hotel room for 7 days but you can checkout at the 5th day if you have to. You're not forced to stay for the whole 7 days just because you paid for it.
I've done this many times, and had my car parked for anywhere from 1 week to 98 days.
I have a battery bank jump start I just connect to the battery before even trying to turn it over if the car has been parked for a few weeks plus.
For the T1/T2 side it looks like Long Term L is the only option now, which is pretty rough non-sealed road surface.
Long Term K also used to be an option but not surprised they removed K as that car park has become beyond the chaos it was previously with cars parked on medians and laneways.
They have rehashed the long term bus in the last few months for T1/T2:
Route 1: J K G H
Route 2: J L H
I have found it far quicker to get to L on the new bus transfers then it was getting to K previously.
Is it worth to pay extra for parking their undercover parking?
I rarely fly QF so not familiar with the pricing of their undercover options over or T3/T4
I have a budget car >10 years old so just put a sunshade up. I see some people with car covers but most of the time they are half blown off.

Will be interesting when they complete the multistory short term car park at T1 how that affects pricing.
During 2020/2021 used to be able to book T1 short term 7 days for about $120 and be right by that terminal. most of T1 short term disappeared with the construction activity for some time.
I was in long term L. All sealed and bitumen now.
btw on Approx October 6 two new Perth shuttle buses were spotted at Murray Bridge, SA filling up with fuel.
Look forward to seeing them as some of the old buses for the car park transfers have been pretty horrific.

SkyBus (yes the same one) just won a 10 year contract to do the shuttle trips at Perth Airport. Perhaps that's why they drove over?

Is their an expiry period on the 99 days ?

The irony of this post for people in Melbourne when you've totally got a train
unfortunately the train doesn't start early enough or run late enough to be practical for a lot of flights, especially if you need to connect from another train or bus.
This! The train is awesome, and only costs circa $4 one way. Even if they ran 1 train per hour between midnight & 4 am EVERY night, that would be so much better. Having said that, the train has forced Perth Airport to drop their prices - I am booked in for 4 weeks over Dec/Jan for the $99 deal. Before the train came through, it would have cost $240+ for that time period.
Guess I unable to book it if I only want to park there for 5 days.
