"Rubbish, don't buy" on the review is a heads-up.

The reviewer could be herself a moron. But why will anyone here want to buy this one instead a mi power bank?!

        maybe for wireless charging.

        • Ahh yes. So I can kill my phone battery faster while charging it slower. How wonderful and necessary. I also can't chuck it in my bag unless I glue it to the pad or wrap elastic bands around it. So amazing.

        • So I can kill my phone battery faster while charging it slower

          Hugh?

I also can't chuck it in my bag unless I glue it to the pad or wrap elastic bands around it.

          Or plug it in…

        • Wireless charging is slower and produces more heat which kills the battery faster.

          Or plug it in

But we were specifically talking about wireless charging. Don't neg me because you don't know something.

The fact is obviously it can be plugged in.

So I can kill my phone battery faster while charging it slower

          I say again: Hugh?

        • I say again: Hugh?

          1. Who the hell is Hugh? Not me, that's for sure.

          2. I'll repeat myself as well: "Wireless charging is slower and produces more heat which kills the battery faster."

        • "Wireless charging is slower and produces more heat which kills the battery faster."

Extra heat is bad but the 'wireless' heat generated along with the slower charge would probably be beneficial overall, not detrimental.

It was $9 when I bought from HN last time:
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/310774

But it's bloating and going to explode so I stopped using it.

    • I second the $9 deal. Rubbish. Slow charge. Wireless capabilities rubbis.. both charging way could not keep my phone battery afloat.

    • Take it back if you get a chance - at least they'll know they sold crap.

  • I bought this exact charger when they had 40% off a few months back. The wireless part was sketchy out of the packet and stopped working within 2 weeks. The wired charging still works (better than my old brick) so it's not a complete write off.

But yeh, don't recommend if you're buying it for the wireless charging.

  • I got mine from HN. Died after two charges and it was too hot to touch. Don't recommend it even for $9..

    • Take it back if you get a chance - at least they'll know they sold crap.

      • That's the only thing Gerry Harvey sells. Yet he thinks 10% GST on shit he doesn't even stock is fair.
