Wilson Parking are having problems with their Passes in the East Coast (NSW/Vic confirmed) and will have all their boom Gates raised for at least today.
Source: Called them up after our staff had problems using their passes

Sent an email, hopefully same outcome in Melb.
What if I was actually in NSW and enter when the gates up and they fix the issue before I leave - no ticket on entrance, charged lost ticket fee to exit?
I highly doubt they can do that. That's ripping customers off and would draw a lot of attention from media.
