Recently purchased a Kogan Sim card which I purchased via Kogan Gift Card.
Upon activation, I forgot to use the Sim Card Activation Code I had just purchased, and instead purchased another one by mistake (Paid with Credit Card).
I now have an extra Kogan Sim Card Service.
I want a refund for one of them but they're only refunding me back as a Gift Card. I have asked them to refund my Credit Card transaction so it can be credited back onto my credit card. But they refuse.
They don't have a phone line so it's incredible frustrating to type my response each time via email, only for them to not understand and regurgitate the same bit of info. again.
Seeking advice on what I can do?
