    Why do toilet roll holders have those flap things on them!? :) They are annoying when grabbing bog roll!!

      I've always assumed it was to stop the roll from unraveling when overly enthusiastic people are pulling paper from the roll… I've never really had that problem myself though tbh, did the designer have ABEC 7 bearings inside his toilet rolls or something?

        It's for tearing the paper. Press down with one hand tear with the other. Or if you're talented do it with one hand.

          Sometimes you need mega paper to deal with a mega problem.

      Well they have, but 10 x the price.

      Never buy a mixer with the spout pointing up. Splash water will run down the spout, some of which will run along the body of the mixer on to the vanity / sink. This water will then permeate under the mixer in to your cupboards below. You should silicone around the base, but the leverage of a mixer notoriously breaks this seal. Summary, don't buy the bottom (Jolly) mixer, its rubbish!
