    Pretty sure you have to go to EB games to get one. Just ask at the counter.

    Unique.
    they give you card the size of a postcard where you can scratch off to show the code.
    Card also has all the info and instructions on it.

    Both Pokemon are on the same card; it just depends which game you activate it with. That said, staff tend to be pretty good if you ask for another for a friend or family member.

    Yeah, you can get them both, just ask for 2 of the cards at the counter, and activate 1 code for each game. So far I've never been refused to get at least 2 of the cards, but there's really no point unless you have both versions of the game as you can't activate two codes on the same game.

    If you ask, they usually gives you more then 1. They basically have an unlimited supply, since they can print the code from their system when they run out of codes/cards.
