    So you want gps for your Bluetooth music?

    Why aren't the steering wheel controls changing track?

    • Sorry if i was not clear above,
      What i wanted is to have GPS unit which also supports my steering wheel controls ,because for some reason currently the control works perfect for inbuilt radio but doesnt support the skipping part.

      • Ok so you'd be replacing the entire stereo unit which would likely need a new fascia surround.

        So all this plus any standard double-din stereo. Get 1 with Apple car play/Android auto.

        Will cost over $1,000 all up, generally speaking

        • i see , lot of work
          Thank you

          @rohilkhadgee:

          Not really, but then again I don't know what you were expecting

  • I have that model of elantra. The problem you will have is the buttons down the side of the screen.

      Fascia kit replaces the whole lot. See my link above

        Problem is that is more expensive than I am prepared to pay.

    I got a Sony XAV AX100 installed recently - it supposedly has support for steering wheel controls but my car doesn't have this anyway so moot point. Was about $570 installed.

    • Cool , Can i know where did you install?.

    Obviously the solution is a new car. No point in having a head unit that’s worth more than the car. Also, might I suggest you buy some doesn’ts at the same time?

    • At some point I think the same :D
