I had an electrical outage today and called endeavour enegery and they came out but said they couldn’t fix the issue. They recommmended us to call an electrician that they said was the installer of the pillar.
I rang the electrician and he doesn’t pick up his phone.
Will I be charged for this fix?
Should I contact another electrician?
No way to tell where the fault is. If it's on your property, then very possibly. If not, then no.
Call endeavour energy. It might be that only certain electricians are certified to work on that part of the system.
