Stick with caskmates this is totally overrated
I find the entry Jamiesons to be a bit meh.
I do like Japanese whiskies.Is this likely to blow my socks off?
I'm not a brand snob. But if this is a super Irish whiskey. I'm keen to expand my pallete
I have actually not tried it yet but from all reviews its a subtle, light dram. I very much doubt it will blow your socks off but I understand it is very good example of what Irish whisky has to offer…

For Whisky snobs, it's worth a try This Op's 18yo or the Caskmates) as they're quite mild, but complex flavour (They don't slap you in the face like an Islay malt, but the flavour develops and lingers).
