    Wow I'm that predictable am I? Because thats exactly why I'm here!

    These will taste terrible because they are near expiry, Quest bars age very poorly.

    Spend the extra money and buy them from iherb or similar.

    Better yet, skip these and buy the cookies, its a 500% taste upgrade.

      Agreed, they don't age well, however 8-10 seconds in the microwave make the near expired bars taste 100x better.

        @samfisher5986: Higher carb lower protein though per serving. Maybe thats why it tastes better lol.

        Compared to 4g of carbs per 60g bar.

        Yes it has 15g of protein compared to 20g

        But the main benefit is it has 17g of fat compared to 5-7g. And if you are doing low carb, you need fat in your food.

  Is it feasible to make your own protein bars or cookies for a lot cheaper per serve? Anyone have experience in that?

  Do not buy nearing to best before date/ expired quest bars. They taste bitter - especially the ones with "chocolate" they also are 95% of the time rock hard when you get them.. don't know.. maybe you might get lucky with a good batch..
