Decent price for a pair Julius Marlow Crystal sole shoes.

It's often sold at $120+ (exclude shipping) elsewhere.

You could also get this O2 Motion one for the same price if you are size 10

    • return and refund ?

      • huh?

    • awwww, I just bought some new pair of works shoes from here

I do remember telling you not to :)

Possibly worth spending a bit more to buy something better

however if was spending around $150 , I'd try hard to spend a bit more and get a Blake stitched/ Goodyear welted shoe
Remember in the long run if you do buy a good shoe, with a good upper, it is the sole that gets replaced crystal or otherwise :)

  • Don't know much about shoes, is this a good brand? My current pair is only around $50 from windsorsmith discount store. It needs some super glue every now and then for the bottom.

    • Shocking mate.

      • oh no D: don't hurt me

    • I'm wearing a pair of O2 Motion now. Really comfy but don't expect them to last for years. 2 Years max, depend on your usage.

      • +2

When I stopped wearing Julius Marlow they were only lasting 6 to 9 months. Florsheim last a few years or Dr Martens last 3-5 years and even then it's really only the appearance that suffers.

Next to try will be RM Williams.

        • Ditto.

        • I beg to differ
There is a whole world that exists between Florsheims and RM Williams.
You could get a pair of shoes for ~$350, if you look after them- avoiding daily use, shoe trees, shoe cream+ polish, the uppers could last ten years. These Goodyear welted shoes could have their soles replaced a lot easier than cemented shoes

        • @docians: what are your recommendations? Currently need some boots for an occasion. Looking in the Julius Marlow range, but wouldn't mind something better if it will last longer

  • How come I'm seeing $99 as the cheapest?

    • you need to apply code AFTERPAY25 at check out.

      • Well I am a dumb dumb.

  • Only ones left are brown and in two sizes. 9 and 10.5 UK.

    No black shoes left

Edit - Sorry - this works for a number of their $99 shoes. Not just this one. Just picked up some - Boast Black. Thanks OP.
