Yes.. but if you wanted more sets for free (but paying postage) it's much cheaper with this offer. i.e. paying like $8 for 5 sets of 40 pieces is pretty good. 250 vinyl stickers for $8 is cheap.
With the 'try and hope' the assumption is they may let the discounted order through (paying postage only) or may cancel it as it's only supposed to be 1 per customer.
You'll still have to pay for shipping though.
