  • More like advertising than a bargain. Only $1 more on many HK sites as standard.

    • Even without a discount, I think it is still a bargain, unless you can find a cheaper one.

Didn't neg you buddy, just think you're attempting to take advantage of this website for advertising. Try saving it for when you have things people would consider bargains. 10% off something useful is a bargain, 10% off junk isn't.

Exercise arm, wrist and remove fatigue
    Promotes blood circulation

i know something else that does the same thing and is free …

honestly, they come up with the most creative reasons why you should buy this junk

    • hahaha, very nice.

even after reading the description i'm still not sure what you are supposed to do with it.

i got a powerball which is the official (read more expensive) version of this. basically you rotate your wrist which spins the gyro thing inside. the faster you spin it, the more strength is needed to keep the ball from spinning out of your hands. its actually quite a work out and actually does increase hand strength and forearm strength as it advertises.

i've bought a cheap ball once, and i found it didn't spin nearly as nicely or as smooth as my powerball did, so i guess you get what you pay for.

        • But as mattgal said, there are other things you can do to get the same kind of work out and benefits. :P

    • Yes removes fatigue
      the thing i need

    • OK, so this is a device for men to improve wrist muscle tone and practice self-gratification, correct? And there is a counter, so you can compare scores with your mates?

I have PowerBall and it really is very addictive and lots of fun.
But don't buy this crap, get a real one with electronic counter and no annoying LEDs. I ordered mine here:
        www.powerballs.com

  • You can get this from Dealextreme for $7.70 with free shipping which is the standard price.

$1.48 off is definitely not a "bargain".

  • looks like a knock off of the Power Ball, which is about US$40.

    • Genuine PowerBall is better quality and as a result it spins faster and produces less noise.
Besides, there is not much sense and fun in this gyro ball without electronic counter.

      • You make it sound so good!

where did you buy it and what price?

        i maybe wanting one(or two)!

Besides, there is not much sense and fun in this gyro ball without electronic counter.

+1 just went to the official website

An inbuilt speed meter makes it impossible to put down because you'll always want to beat your own high score or those of your fri

        • Sarcasm? :) Sorry, English is not my native language.
I got mine from powerballs.com few years ago.

If I ever buy a new Powerball it will be the 350Hz metal one. Here's what they write about it: "Imagine getting the head of a sledgehammer and spinning it in your hand at a modest 5000rpm..you'll quickly get the idea of what we are talking about here!"

        • Sarcasm? :)

          nope, for real

If I ever buy a new Powerball it will be the 350Hz metal one.

cool, i look at the website, the 350Hz one is approx 800grams whilst the 250Hz is approx 230 grams

If you take into account the previous dealextreme 3% off coupon got over 30 positive votes Partly because they already have such low prices. Then in this case the item where the item is 19% cheaper (than dealextreme) I for one think it's a bargain.

Also it has 134 reviews on there so maybe it's got some merit. (if only as a pretty novelty)

    • and that was 3% off for orders over $100! lol

You can get a better workout walking home from the shops with a grocery bag in each hand. It's also free. You also get the added bonus of not looking like a douchebag while exercising too.

By the way, if any of you guys are looking to get an official Powerball use the discount code 'awful' to get about 20% off :)

    • thanks
either i buy from the official site or on ebay

        just don't video it….(shudder)

        • LOL

  • I bought two of these fake ones from dealextreme before I knew there was such a thing as a powerball, I just thought it seemed like a cool gadget. I tried for hours to make them work as I'd seen on youtube and from the terrible engrish instructions included. I got my wife and a friend to try too and neither of them actually worked and they don't even make good paperweights, complete waste of money!
