I tried using a US address and that didn't work either, order was over $25 too
Open US ebay in incognito window. Sign up for a new account with US address. Then once started checking out, add an Australian address.
Make a new us eBay account. Choose a random address. Get a number from the app Textmenow. The account is all set.
Now add this to cart.
When you try to put in the code it won't work.
Add a new address, your real one.
Apply code again and it should work.
