I just checked the T&Cs, and it says:
Within 72 hours they [the winners] will be emailed via the supplied email address confirmation of the win and must provide a postal address to post the hard copy vouchers to.
The prize package will be sent via Registered Australia Post with tracking details supplied to the winner for reference. The Promoter holds no responsibility for packages once dispatched.

That's for the winners of the "Holiday packages" while the $100 venue voucher they just e-mail to you within 28 days.
You also have to use it within 6 months of receiving it and have to print it out and bring it along with you to your venue of choice. 🙂

I got a phone call today from a representative she told me my choice which was the 'Four in Hand' hotel can't honour vouchers because of a recent change of management so I just switched it to another, just a heads up for anyone. 😉
