Blooms Magnesium Complex 400g Powder $24.97 @ Chemist Warehouse

00

Quality magnesium product.
No heavy oxide, even stacks up very well when comparing with Ethical Nutrients magnesium powder which is alot more expensive than this.

80 serves for $25.
Generally have it before bed or after exercise.

Pretty sure this is the same product at PharmacyDirect for $19.99

    • Good price, shipping though.

  • Your body absorbs magnesium far better through the skin than orally so you're better off with a gel. Plus it gets right to the source of any problems like sore muscles or cramping.

    • true. epsom salts baths are a good idea and aldi has had them on special $5kg before.

read that the chelated magnesium is best absorbed into the body over other forms, but is expensive.

a good cream with magnesium in it probably helps with cramping, but can be for any number of reasons eg. nerve problems.

that said, think watermelon has magnesium in it, and greens as well. so can bypass the expensive urine if you eat properly/don't have a need to supplement.

      • Not expensive urine, can be said about some vitamins when not needed but magnesium definitely has it purpose.

The argument for topical vs oral is dependent or who you ask and what the purpose is.

        • ANY supplement is expensive urine if your body is not deficit.
